More than 60 percent of SJND students participate in our sports programs. Sports at SJND help you develop values and life skills that contribute to your success in and beyond college.

At least 10 teams each year earn post-season playoff appearances in the competitive Tri-County Athletic League, including cross country, volleyball, track, softball and baseball. The men's and women's basketball teams are part of a storied program, with the men winning a record four state titles, most recently in 2014. Each year, SJND athletes sign to compete at the collegiate level, including teams in the PAC 12, Big West and West Coast Conferences.
