Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School Alumni are invited to participate in our Alumni Directory Project by providing updated contact information.
Over the next few months, Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School Alumni will be contacted via postcard, phone call and email by our partner vendor Publishing Concepts (PCI). SJND is working with PCI to collect and update the contact information of our more than 8,000 alumni worldwide. We do this project every five years.
SJND and PCI have assembled the information currently listed in our alumni files and now need your help to confirm the accuracy of the data and fill in any information gaps. When PCI contacts you on behalf of SJND, please consider sharing basic contact and employment information with them. Your data will not be used for anything besides the creation of the directory, and you can request to exclude information from the directory that you wish to be kept private.
The school’s goal with updating alumni information is to keep classmates in touch with one another, organize successful reunions and mail our alumni Update magazine and other publications. Please take a moment to confirm and update your information. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for SJND. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project allows SJND to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.
I am being asked to call a phone number that does not match any SJND phone numbers on your website. Is this legit?
The phone numbers that are listed on the postcards and emails are directed to our trusted partner company, PCI. We have partnered with them to contact alumni on our over 8,000 person alumni community on our behalf.
How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
SJND has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by SJND for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
b. The Directory will be made available only to alumni of SJND. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to SJND any and all electronic files that have been supplied by SJND or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
Will my information be included if I do not respond?
Yes. PCI will include the most recent information SJND has on file in the directory, unless you update your information with PCI. If you have moved, updated your contact information, or changed employers in recent years, it is recommended that you provide your new information so that the correct information is reflected in the Alumni Directory.
I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the SJND project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed. One of the numbers for the SJND alumni project is 1-888-373-1635.

Do I need to purchase a directory in order to be in it?
No, you are not required to purchase the directory to be included.
Can anyone purchase a directory?
No. The SJND Alumni Directory is available for sale only to SJND Alumni.
Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk at 1.800.982.1590 or to Vicki Bargagliotti, Director of Alumni Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does it cost to purchase a directory?
Purchasing options are as follows:
• Hard-bound print directory is $119.98, plus $19.95 S&H and applicable sales tax.
• Digital directory is $119.98 plus applicable tax
• Digital publication by decade is $59.98 plus any applicable sales tax
PCI is required to collect and remit sales tax to states that charge it.
What does it cost SJND to print this directory?
PCI is producing the directory free of charge. As PCI has agreed to prepare and send marketing, take calls and updates, compile and format the directory information, and publish the directories at no cost to SJND. This ensures that PCI’s time and efforts result in accurate data for SJND as well as a directory product for our constituents. PCI will benefit from the sales proceeds of the directory.
