Louis Rodrigues ('13) is entering his third year leading the SJND Cross Country and Track & Field programs. A proud alum and long-time member of the SJND community, Louis brings both a deep passion for the school and a proven track record of success to the Pilots’ distance running program.

Assistant Coach: Tony Fong

Tony Fong has been a cornerstone of the SJND Cross Country and Track & Field programs since 1997, coaching runners for more than two decades. A former high school cross country athlete at Newark Memorial High School, Tony continues to compete with the West Valley Track Club in San Francisco. He considers it a blessing to be part of the SJND family and takes pride in the program’s tradition of developing successful student-athletes—many of whom have continued running in college and beyond. Grateful for the support of staff, parents, and fellow coaches, Tony is proud and thankful to serve as a Pilot coach.

Ariana Corwin is the newest member of the SJND Cross Country coaching staff. Joining us after coaching for seven years at Saint Mary’s College High School, she is super passionate about running and is especially excited to support the girl’s team. A former cross country and track athlete at Saint Mary’s and Diablo Valley College, Ariana still competes for fun. You will even see her racing the coach races on the weekend invitationals!
