Clubs and Activities

Through the abundance of co-curricular events sponsored by the Student Activities Department, it is our wish that each student will find an activity, club, or honor society to enhance his or her sense of purpose and connection to Saint Joseph Notre Dame. Find a club that speaks to your passions or create a new one with your fellow students! Take part in affinity groups for mutual support, fundraise for worthy causes, and find your way to have fun on and off campus.

Speech and Debate Team

Speech and debate is the largest academic competitive activity in the country, typically available to students in middle school, high school and college. Similar to athletic sports, speech and debate activities are challenging, competitive in nature, and require regular practice, coaching, dedication, and hard work. Each event in speech and debate features a different form of public speaking and requires a unique skill set and talent. While students often develop a passion for specific events, many compete in multiple categories throughout the course of their academic careers.
